What is the cost to attend the show?
The show is complimentary.
Which shows/events does my lanyard grant me access to?
Your badge grants you access the show during business hours, GLO our fashion show networking and cocktail event, and any speakers/events happening during the duration of the event.
What credentials are required for registration?
Business License • Resale Number/Tax ID Number • Proof of existence of Business
Are students allowed to attend?
Yes, students are allowed to attend if they have a teacher/professor that has also registered and meets requirements.
Can I bring a guest?
You may bring a guest. Each retail store receives two lunch tickets daily. Additional lunches may be purchased at registration, but there are an unlimited number of guests allowed to attend.
Can I register my team with the same information?
Please register individually so everyone has a personalized lanyard at registration and they can access all events without issue.

What are the food options on-site?
There is a Starbucks at the convention center and there is lunch daily offered at the show. If you have dietary restrictions please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
What is the best way to get to the show?
A shuttle to and from the airport is offered – 24 hours a day
All preferred hotels are within walking distance from the convention center and accessible through the sky bridge.
Can I take photos or video at the show?
Yes you are welcome to take pictures and video at the show. Please make sure you have permission from the exhibitor if you are taking pictures/video of their booth.

Is ILOE Chicago 2020 still taking place in light of recent health concerns?
Yes. Preparation for ILOE Chicago 2020 is full swing and is shaping up to be a very successful show.
Do you have an on-site preparedness plan with regards to health and safety at the show?
Your well being and livelihood are our primary concerns. We are working with the Donald E Stephens Convention Center to be as proactive as possible with regards to safety precautions. We will provide multiple hand sanitizing stations for your convenience and the convention center staff are increasing their standards by disinfecting common areas and restrooms multiple times a day.
What happens if travel bans prohibit me from attending the show?
This is highly unlikely but in the event of a travel ban in late April, please contact us. We want to work with you to make the best choices for you and your business.
